Common questions
Why does my website package require hosting?
Our build prices are kept low because your site stays on our hosting, where we keep it backed up and running. A 12-month hosting plan is required with every build package and billed monthly on top of the one-time build price.
Is email included?
Hosting covers your website. We can help set up business email (for example Microsoft 365) separately.
Can you host a site you didn't build?
Often, yes. We'll review it first to make sure it will run well on our setup.
