Sasquatch Web Services (“we”, “us”) is a web design and digital marketing agency serving businesses across the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through sasquatchwebservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you send us a message we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business name and message. We also log basic technical data (like your IP address) to block spam.
• Client and employee sign-in. Our portal sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only your name and email address to confirm who you are. We never see or store your Google or Microsoft password. If you sign in with a one-time code, we receive only your email address.
• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive limited billing information such as your name, email, the plan you purchased and payment status.
• Project information. Files, notes and project details you or our team add to the portal.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to inquiries, provide and bill for our services, give you access to your portal, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers who help us run the site and our business, including Cloudflare (hosting, security and sign-in), Google and Microsoft (sign-in, if you choose them), Stripe (payments), and Resend (delivering contact-form emails). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections and access controls.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
